What is Riiiver?

Riiiver is a service that enables users to create personalized, lifestyle-tailored forms of experience by connecting to IoT devices and a range of services, and they can then share with other users.

We are planning to increase the Piece connected to devices. New official Piece will be published in the Riiiver app.

What do I need to start using Riiiver?

Download the Riiiver app to your smartphone.
Riiiver app requires iOS 12.0 or later, Android 6.0 and up.

If you have Eco-Drive W510, the Riiiver-compatible watch, download the CITIZEN Eco-Drive W510 app to link your Eco-Drive W510 and your smartphone.

Is Riiiver free to use?

Yes, it is basically free to use. We are also looking into paid subscription services.

What is Piece or iiidea?

In Riiiver:
The functional modules that users assemble are called “Pieces.”
The functional items assembled from Pieces are called “iiidea.”

Users assemble the three types of Pieces – T, S, and A – to create a single iiidea.

T: Trigger Piece → a Piece that triggers an action
S: Service Piece → a Piece that provides a service
A: Action Piece → a Piece that outputs the service results

How can I get the update information of the Riiiver app.

You can check for updated information about Riiiver and the application via the "News" section in the app menu.

Do I have any user manual for Riiiver app?

You can check the Quick Start Guide for Riiiver app. Tap the menu icon at the top right of the screen > Quick Start Guide.

What kind of Piece is there?

There are three types of Pieces: "Trigger (T)" that triggers an action, "Service (S)" that you want to link, and "Action (A)" that causes an action.

What is Facer?

Facer is a smartwatch watch face app that allows you to freely choose and customize watch faces for your smartwatch.
You can easily switch the display of your smartwatch by selecting a face that matches your preferences from a wide variety of designs and features.
Another key feature is that you can enjoy a rich collection of designs created by creators from around the world, along with new faces added regularly.

How can I use Riiiver-enabled watch faces with Facer?

You can use them by installing the Facer app and downloading Riiiver-compatible watch faces.
