Please refer to the following information for instructions on how to delete the Riiiver account used for the smartphone app provided by CITIZEN WATCH CO., LTD, and the data that will be removed.

Account Deletion Procedure

• To proceed with the withdrawal process for Riiiver, tap "Settings"->"Account Settings" and the buttom of the screen "Delete Riiiver Account".

Data to be Removed

• Once the withdrawal process is complete, all user profile information (username, email address, residence, date of birth, height, weight), activity, and measurement data, such as power generation, stored on the cloud will be deleted.
