Which devices are supported?
Available on smartwatches running Wear OS 6 or later.
*Apple Watch is not currently supported.
Is there a cost?
The international soccer watch face (🏆 Kick it) is free to use. “Paid members only” watch faces, such as the domestic-league soccer watch face (⚽️ Kick it) and the baseball watch face (⚾️ Hit it), require a paid Facer membership (subscription). The fee is paid to Facer (Little Labs, Inc.) and is not charged by Riiiver (CITIZEN WATCH CO., LTD.). Please check the latest pricing and terms in the Facer app.
The display isn't syncing or updating — what should I check?
On your watch, switch to a different watch face once, then select this watch face again. Also, please make sure that both your watch and smartphone apps are updated to the latest version.
Which countries can I use the watch face in?
This watch face is available in four countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Japan.
What is Riiiver?
An IoT platform developed by CITIZEN WATCH CO., LTD. By freely connecting Riiiver-enabled products and services, you can create new user experiences.
What is Facer?
An app from Little Labs, Inc. (USA) for getting and customizing your smartwatch's watch face. Adding a face that supports Riiiver lets you show real-time info on your wrist.
How are Riiiver and Facer related?
Riiiver has a partnership with Facer: features such as retrieving real-time sports information are powered by Riiiver technology, while watch faces are obtained and installed through the Facer app.
